IFA Forms provides assistance in the preparation and organization of USCIS immigration forms. Our service is administrative in nature and does NOT constitute legal advice or representation before any government entity. We are not immigration attorneys.
IFA Forms is not responsible for decisions made by USCIS or other immigration authorities regarding your case. Approval or rejection of forms depends exclusively on the competent authorities. Our service is limited to the correct preparation of documents based on information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. IFA Forms is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. The client must review all forms before submission.
Payments are made according to the agreement established with each client. IFA Forms will offer partial or full refund only in cases where the error is directly attributable to our company. USCIS filing fees are not included in our services and are non-refundable.
IFA Forms is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and immigration information provided by the client. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
